White sparkling wine made from grapes grown on a sesto d’impianto training system in Belussera.
The name “373” comes from the cadastral parcel number that marks the exact location of the vineyard: it is effectively a Cru. The soil is largely clay-based, over a "caranto" layer, typical of the Piave alluvial plain. Winter pruning and harvesting were done entirely by hand, selecting only the best bunches to preserve quality. Vinified with gentle pressing and static must settling.
