Artisan Ragù alla Bolognese – The King of sauces, made the way it used to be

The Ragù alla Bolognese is the great classic of Italian cuisine, and in this artisan version, prepared in Adria by Laura Beltrami, it rediscovers all the authentic flavour of tradition.

Made with a mince of mixed beef (24%) and pork (16.3%), tomato pulp and paste, extra virgin olive oil, carrots, onion, celery, red wine (sulphites), basil and salt, it is cooked over a low heat, with no added preservatives, until it reaches a full-bodied, enveloping consistency rich in flavour.

A sauce prepared in small batches, with simple, genuine ingredients, following the rhythms of the cooking of the past.

Size: 300 g – ideal for 6/7 servings.

🍲 Oven-baked lasagne and cannelloni, a must in Sunday dishes
