First of all, there's one thing you should know right away:

In Veneto, aperitivo is a sacred moment of the day!

Before lunch, but especially before dinner, osterie, wine shops and wine bars fill with life, becoming places to unwind and shake off the day's tensions. Thanks to the region's deep-rooted winemaking tradition, we Venetians are used to raising a glass of good wine, paired with excellent local dishes, at aperitivo time.

This Box is therefore inspired by the idea of the Venetian aperitivo, where the heart of the custom is undoubtedly "being together".

What's in the Box:

• Raboso Frizzante IGT Veneto wine
• Aged salami, 450g (at least 1.5 months of ageing)
• Stravecchio di Malga cheese, 18 months - 300g
• Cured ham strips - 100g
• Blu '61® blue cheese - 150g

Let's explain the Box:

Let's start with the wine:

1. Raboso Frizzante: Raboso is considered the native grape variety par excellence of the Piave area, and the ideal pairing is with cured meats, such as the artisan aged salami we've chosen (100% natural, NO additives, NO chemical preservatives), and aged cheeses, where we've paired it with a Stravecchio di Malga with Slow Food Presidium status, produced on the Asiago plateau and aged for a period of 18 months.
2. Continuing with our aperitivo, we come to the cured ham strips from Montagnana, ideal served on warm toasted bread.
3. We finish with the Blu 61, a blue cheese aged in "Raboso Passito IGT" wine with cranberries on the rind, a top-tier product that holds 50 years of history, designed to surprise even the most demanding palates.
